London used to have streets named Gropecunte Lane (ex-red light district), Stinking Lane, Blood Lane, Pissing Lane, and a few others that slip my mind at the moment.

I'd guess that the source of the name "Butt Hole Road" probably isn't scatological, though. "Butt" is an old name for "barrel". But language changes with time, so most people are ignorant of the original meaning.
