4. Yes, it appears that cheese theft is a serious problem

The article says that there are 1-5 cheese thefts per week. That's $1.25 per week at the most. I am sure that the $396 police investigation was worth it. These people obviously cannot do math. I wonder how much the cheese sauce that they throw away costs. I wonder what they do to students who don't pay library fines. I am sure that they are just trying to prove that they are tough on crime.
