8. Jake (my Akita) hurt his shoulder on a long walk at the lake this week..

And he was limping with his front right paw a bit. I wanted to wait 24 hours to see if he'd get better, and I wanted him off of his feet for as much of that time as possible. Sooooo, I put him on his comforter/bed and whenever he wanted to go somewhere in the house, I dragged his 75-pound butt there. From the bedroom to the living room to the back door to the office, I dragged him (he likes to follow me around). His food & water were brought to him as well.

A bit odd, but I guess it helped. He was back to normal in 24 hours. :P
