if there are any support groups or individual that can help you through these tough times

clearly you have much going on - and arent alone on any count - so i just hope for you that you can find some outlet
there are wonderful books out there
perhaps some group or person to begin to share things with
or to observe and learn how others are coping in similar situations

there doesnt often exist easy answers for what are life problems for most of the planet

its true most of us arent valued for who we really are or what we have to offer but i do wish you the knowing that you are very important
ultimately that comes from the inside
and i very much wish you the means to gain the strength to know that and believe in your deserved place in this life
