Some of my neighbors thought it was strange that the man stopped by here and that *shriek* *gasp* we let him in. I found his visit very pleasant and informing. Not too long after that, his neice came by as well. The stories she told of being a little girl and running through her grandma's home were vivid..you could see in her eyes she'd gone back to that time. I read that she passed away a few years later..made me feel good to have given her a chance to remember and enjoy some happy childhood memories.

I'm like the owner of your Mom's great grandfather's home..I love hearing the history. That was so thoughful of your Mom to send her a picture, I'm willing to bet that is one cherished photograph.
