15. Yeah, the shark questions threw me too...
First, punching it on the snout would confuse it, it has sensitive electrical organs there, also, when you see a shark in the water, depending on how far out you are from shore, and how close the shark is to you, swimming away may be the best option, but another option would be to not draw attention to yourself. Basically relax all you muscles and do the bare minimum to stay afloat, sharks can swim at over 30 knots, while humans may manage 2 or 3 most times. Given that, its almost like running away from any other wild animal, stupid and may cause more injury to you than if you did nothing. Most sharks, except in rare cases, do not eat humans as food, they use their mouths as a feeler of sorts, and will spit you out when you aren't up to taste, so to speak. Also, given that they can detect the electrical impulses of our nerves to our muscles, being under less activity, and not thrashing around in panic means that the shark is more likely to ignore you.
