And "Legally Blonde" was an excellent movie -- critical kudos, too.

Reese deserved the award. And, unlike the Golden Globes, but like SAG, she was chosen by her peers.

I can't understand the harshness here -- this is nothing l8ike Helen Hunt winning. It's more like Hilary Swank. And, Witherspoon has a way better resume than Swank did when she won the first time, and NO ONE here is saying anything.

If it's some kind of weird backlash re: subject matter, June and Johnny were wonderful, progressive people. And raised some fine damn kids.
