FCC Upholds Jackson Fine; Without a Trace, Others 'Indecent'

The FCC has upheld the Janet Jackson Super Bowl fine, as well as finding episodes of Without a Trace and Surreal Life 2, indecent.

The FCC also fined several programs for language. Following is the release announcing the actions.
