9. It doesn't surprise me.
The acting in general is just plain bad, and I've seen the actors in other movies do really well. I think it's because the script is just so bad, and the actors don't have much to work with. I could actually see Natalie Portman struggling with it in one scene. She was clearly trying to do the best she could with what she had. I saw Episode III last night for the first time, and thought everything about it was just plain awful. I thought I was okay, II was enjoyable, but I'm glad I didn't shell out any money for III.
