7. I felt stupid paying for that stuff

Cable and internet were running me over $120 a month at one point. I had over 100 channels of absolute bullshit. I told Charter (thieving bastards) that I wanted to ditch the premium channels, they told me I'd end up paying MORE because I was on a package plan, so basic cable and internet were going to be about $140. I told them to take their digital box and shove it. That was almost 3 years ago. I have never regretted it.
