I grind mine on almost the highest setting. (You are going to have to play around with the amount depending on how strong you like it, and what coffee you use)

I then take cold filtered water and put it on the stovetop to bring to a boil. As soon as bubbles start to form, I pour in just a bit of water, like 1/6 of the French press.

I then put the water back on the stove and bring it to a boil.

Once the water is boiling, I turn off the heat and remove the pot. I wait at least 10 seconds, until it's no longer boiling, then pour into the press.

Then I put the lid on and move to the table where I wait about 3-5 minutes, press down the plunger, then wait another minute, and pour and enjoy.

Best damn cup of coffee, ever!!
