58. I Need To Reduce My Carbs
I've plateaued and I think that carbs are why.

I've also increased my strength training to build more muscle.

The exercise motivation is kind of like take your body the mind will follow. I could never talk myself into exercising. I could talk myself into taking my gym bag to work, and going straight to the gym.

It got easier to go. (Of course the fact that it made a great way to avoid going home where I didn't want to be also made it easier)

Now I don't feel right if I miss more than one day. I am thinking of joining a Yoga class on Wednesdays for the stretching, meditation, and for the nice looking ladies in there too.

That is another motivator. I found that there are some really nice looking women that I see there all the time. Sometimes it's just like a club. I've been in larger health clubs and it feels more like everyone is there, but no one is really paying any attention to anyone else, have MP3 player, will work out. Also been to "meat market" places, which are fun, but since I'm not a beefcake (yet) I always felt a little inadequate there.

Congrats!:hi:
