2. You are probably right Rosemary.
Ever since the new plant manager took over things have really gone down hill. He is one of those "I live for the company" numbers type guys with no common sense. He doesn't understand that pissing off people doesn't really help your production numbers.
I feel I HAVE to leave the place soon, I will probably "go off" one of these days if I don't. (verbally as opposed to going postal) It's probably a good thing though, I am getting the "push" I need to pursue other opportunities. If things were more worker friendly there I would probably have stayed until retirement. Too bad it takes 2-5 years to train somebody to do my job there.
