It's the kind of day I like to have. I drove back from NOLA several weeks ago--came up Hwy 51, the old route. Stopped at every flea market and second hand shop on the way. Ate at a greasy spoon.
I had my dad and kid in tow. It's the kind of day that will long live in our memories.
You two have a friendship that I envy. Not very often in life do people come along who are as genuine and compatible as you and that little woman are. I swear, if she wasn't a lesbian, y'all would have to get married. Since ZeeDub didn't let me sing at his and nini's wedding, I'd be available for yours and T's.
Two great people...I love you both.
