Other places I've lived: New York City, Hendersonville, NC, Boston, and now Portland, Oregon. This place is a kind of compromise -- hubby likes it warm and I like it cool.
I went to public high school and college in the Miami area. I don't know how I survived the climate! However, Florida is beautiful and we do like to visit there in the wintertime. We're going to Sanibel/Captiva area, Orlando, and South Miami Beach in March 2008. Here's how I used to look when I lived there: From 1956:  Recent visit to Marco Island:  |
