5. A couple really good gluten-free brands are

George's and Glutano. Both are quite yummo. Van's also makes good gluten-free waffles.

And for the record, I don't eat gluten-free. The fiance managed at a health food store for a few years and put together the gluten-free dept, so I can pass along questions to her.
