My daughter ended up in the hospital tonight [View All]

She called a couple of hours ago - her husband was bringing her to the ER. She was having severe panic attacks and generally freaking out. She's been working two jobs as well as going to school full-time. She got over a bad case of bronchitis about a week ago and found out today that she has another bacterial infection and her doctor doesn't know why. On top of all this, she found out on Monday that her beloved cat has heart disease - I've forgotten now what its called but it involves the thickening of the heart wall and is not reversable though it can sometimes be controlled - for a while.

She's only 25, has had a rough enough life and deserves a frigging break out of life. And she's 2000 miles away and I feel helpless. :cry:

The only good thing is that she's admitted that she needs to go on some medication which she's resisted up until now. Any of those famous Lounge vibes would be really welcome right about now. :(
