I don't recall if it is now.

Here in California, you can buy booze whenever you damn well please. And just about wherever.

I sell beer, wine and hard liquor in the grocery store where I work. The only time we don't sell is between the hours of 2am and 6am. I guess they feel people need to knock it off for a short time. :)

But at 6am, people start buying again. Yes, even on Sunday. :wow:
