Our 5 month old t.v. went on the fritz back on August 2nd. I called the manufacturer and they sent a repair request to a local company. When they got the order, I called them and was told it would be two weeks before they could come pick up the damn thing. He finally came and got it on August 27th and told me it would be about two weeks for repair. I called two weeks later and was told it's still not ready, hopefully next week. This is now the middle of October, and they still tell me it's not fixed, maybe next week. God, I am so pissed. All i want is for our family t.v, that i paid a small fourtune for, to be fixed and back in my home.

Any one have any suggestions about what to do??????
