personally I would be more inclined to reply if it was about an author I'm familiar with- but that's just me. I imagine you and I probably have wildly different taste in reading material :P
there's so much posted in the lounge that a lot of threads sink really fast, so you may have a better shot in the book forum (you'll have to donate I think to post in it)
don't let the snarkers get you down, Al. the lounge is for everyone to post whatever non-political stuff they want.
