12. What about the wedge salad?

Plenty of high-end restaurants have a wedge salad and charge big bucks for it. Basically, it's a wedge of iceberg lettuce and some kind of cream or cheese dressing, with garnishes like red onion. (Yes, there are good high-end restaurants and crappy ones -- I've been to both, and the presence of the iceberg wedge isn't determinative.)
