It's not too bad, actually. Bought it for $115K two years ago (overpaid for this beat up piece of...ahem...) and we're trying to bring it back to life. Zillow says it's worth $127K, which is about right, considering how much money we've dumped into it, and we haven't scratched the surface of what needs to be done, cosmetically).

I'd just like to share this with our nextdoor neighbors--it says their Queen Anne is worth $197K. They'd PLOTZ. It's a lovely house, but nothing--and I mean NOTHING sells for $197K in this town.
