Well, the part that's not dirt and rocks (we took down the safety hazard of a "deck" bequeathed to us by the former owners).
Today MG Jr. and I were walking back from storytime at the library, and he excitedly grabbed at a dandelion that had poofed, to make a wish. Then he said, "Mama? Grandma says dandelions are WEEDS." He had such disdain in his voice.

(And yes, my mom's lawn looks like a golf course.)
Which DU-er is it who has the great quote from Eeyore--"Weeds are flowers too, once you get to know them."
Embrace your weediness! I intend to...especially because Mr. MG hasn't gotten the mower ready for the season yet. :hi:
