First, the $$ for my new set of drums has been gathered. Sheesh that took too long.
I just called the owner of the set, our guitarist, who told me he's not quite ready to part with them, because he's organizing a jam/recording session and he wants me there for it. He also said we'll arrange payments to be easy and almost 'whenever you have a few bucks, send them' once the set is in my hands. And feet. :D For anyone who hasn't seen them, they're gonna look something very much like this, only with a double bass set up, which I'll have to learn. Mmmm learning.  Psyched ain't the word for it. |
