As soon as you turn them inside out, whatever was on the inside that you no longer want next to your skin is now on the outside contaminating your jeans. If you don't wash your jeans, the next clean pair of underpants you put on will get dirty on the outside from contact with your jeans so when you turn them inside out you will be delivering well-percolated bacteria right back to your ass. In one day, in fact, you get BOTH sides of the boxers dirty. Logically it would mean more laundry if you actually cared about cleanliness. And I guess if you are rotating inside and outside of underwear, umm, probably not the case.
