and of course she knew the words. But getting them wrong was so much more fun.

She had a few hundred amazing vocal performances recorded. Thousands more live, I'm sure.

I have never heard a singer who could actually SING a song better than her. Today's hags like Whitney, Mariah, Christina, etc. all have vocal talent, but not one of them knows HOW to sing a song. It's all showing off. It's all about them, not the song. Ella put the song ahead of herself, and a hundred years from now, people will still be listening to Ella, not the others.
