lots of cities have 'christian' TV channels, but I think they're all run/owned by charismatic/conservative churches
there was one channel here in Tulsa that broadcast the Cathedral of Hope in Dallas (?) - a church that welcomes gays and lesbians
I always thought nobody running the channel watched the broadcast, otherwise they would have dropped it
