'Moron' said tenderly much as Amy would say towards Rory. But seriously, it's a pet peeve of mine. Good way to Dick Cheney your partner. Muzzles down is also preferred as that way you just Dick Cheney your partner in the foot, but then you don't get the hero pose shown above.
