Hell if all good multi vitamins are banned and you can only buy Centrum with its patheticaly low USRDA doses then you will need about 15-20 tablets to get most of the vitamins you need but then will overdose on Iron while you do so.

I get all enthused watching a bunch of consumer advocates at a C-SPAN press conference busting their butts to fight the cable company monopolys and then I feel good about the left. Then I look at the sh** in congress and especially the Senate (I found this info in an urgent rense.com article)and my heart nearly stops. Truely , its no wonder Ashcroft , Chenny , and Poindexter get away with there endless assaults on civil libertys. Sadly we have characters on the left that seem to be fighting for parity and no wonder the American people dont get alarmed. they are used to this crap all around to the extent that it ever gets aired. Usually you just find yoursel one day thrown in jail with no rights to a lawer or any chance of being told why you are there.
