9. Propaganda is information disseminated for the purpose of influencing opinion

The information doesn't necessarily have to be false. In fact, most propaganda consists of information that is true, but incomplete (i.e. it doesn't tell the whole truth).

In that regard, the Front Sight web site is propaganda, in that it's intended to make you want to pay to take the classes it offers.
