18. Yes, I understood the point being made, it was a good one.

One I hadn't considered, that a collective punsihment should be meted out for the
murderers of this child, maybe the Chief of the Border Police should have his home
demolished, or his street should be given a few low-flying visits by some F-16s, or
a few artillery rounds should land in his garden, or a tank should crush his Merc, &tc.
