I sadly believe that there will never be any peace between the two sides. This has gone on for so many years that multiple new generations have been born into their hatred for each other and nothing will ever step in to 'completely' stop their fighting. I bet if one could separate the territories with 500 miles of mtn land in between them, they'd figure out how to reach the other side to eventually retaliate/strike again.
