Much as been made of the "use" of children by terrorists being used as human shields and now the transporting of explosives.

The criminality of the young boy is not the story, the story is the continual use of these children. That is the "war crime". That is what should be addressed. Had there been a gun battle in the area, there is a very good chance this child might have been killed. Who then is responsible but the terrorists using this child as a "weapons mule". Had he died, does anyone doubt there would have been 50 posts about the murdering IDF?

Arguing over whether the child knew or didn't know of his cargo is just a red herring. It is also a very nice way to divert the real responsibility of the incident.
