Rafah Death Toll Climbs to Six as IOF Destroys Seven Houses in Al Mughraqa

RAFAH, March 20, 2004 (IPC + WAFA)-- A Palestinian citizen died of wounds he sustained Friday during an IOF incursion into Rafah on Wednesday as well as a boy was wounded nearby Salah Al Din barrier
and seven houses were reduced to a heap of rubble in al-Mughraqa, south of Gaza City.

Aymen Abu Hashem, 23, died of serious wounds he sustained earlier throughout the Israeli invasion into block "O" of Rafah City a few days ago, thus the death toll climbed to six Palestinians, Palestinian medical sources reported.

On the other hand, the same sources added that two Palestinians, among is a boy, were wounded by the Israeli shootings nearby Salah Al Din barrier, south of Rafah. They were identified as Niddal Abu Jazer, 23, and 8-year old Abed Al Qader Al Sha'er.

Palestinian security sources stated that the Israeli occupying forces has demolished Friday seven houses, wounded ten Palestinians and arrested two others during an IOF sweeping incursion into al-Mughraqa area, center of Gaza Strip.
