5. Steve Goldsmith made a name for himself by outsourcing jobs

when he was Mayor of Indianapolis. Yet Goldsmith did not hesitate to use the big fat revenue sharing check he got from President Nixon to build a basketball arena for the Indiana Pacers, this at a time when the city's infrastructure was in dire need of attention. Goldsmith is a dirt bag as far as I am concerned.
