28. Too hard to prove to the degree required.
On the other hand the wiretaps case is trivial to prove and it has real teeth (5 years and 10K fine per count x 1000's of phone calls + conspiracy + obstruction) and he confessed on national TV. This all basically adds up to 15,000 years in jail with time off for good behavior. (Did you ever see "The Firm"?)

We got him and there is no wiggle room except for letting him intimidate us into not doing anything.
