I'm writing to detail the calls I get from the U.K. every afternoon between 2:30 and 3. They are from my daughter, who, as I'm sure you already know, married a Brit and will spend her life in England. Our talk about Julian digging a tunnel to Australia shouldn't worry you since Julian is four years old and wants to be either a scientist or a rubbish collector when he grows up. Also, when we talked about collecting pond scum, we weren't planning bioweapons; she was telling me about their Christmas afternoon visit to a pond to collect scum to study under the lens of the Junior Scientist Microscope Julian got for Christmas. It was unfortunate that Julian, his father and his brother all fell into the pond, but they did get bring plenty of scum home with them. I don't think it's necessary for you to alert MI-5 to visit the pond. Because I know you are particularly concerned about foreign phone calls, I'll write regularly to keep you posted on our conversations. I'm sure you'll enjoy getting to know Julian and Alex as they grow up.
