his quick, he's conniving, he's manipulative and politically astute

BUT HE"S AN IDIOT NONETHELESS

he has no judgement or moral backing.... he just doesn't give a shit.
He's deeds are simple to understand.. they are driven by greed
and self-involvement. Yeah Bush is a smart guy.. but he has
trouble seeing beyond his own shoelaces. Combine those
attributes with unrestrained power and you get a tyrant.
An idiotic little tyrant.
