is that at least in some jurisdictions, the electronic 0's and 1's is the OFFICIAL ballot. My guess (yes, just a guess) is that those votes that aren't on an OFFICIAL ballot (in my example, electronic 0's and 1's) won't count for squat, regardless of what you write your vote on. Of course, i have not covered absentee ballots, which are still on paper.
