This country has a bunch of fools. People who are too ignorant or self-absorbed to care what is being done in their name. If you give a 5 year old a loaded pistol and he runs down the street shooting people, who is responsible? The 5 year old or who ever gave him the gun. The "people" who put these assholes in power are responsible for their actions!
