I remember hearing about a presidential directive signed around 6 months ago that gives the potus the sole right to declare martial law for any reason without any oversight from the other branches. Congress had 60 days to review and reject. I hate to inform you but the 60 days have passed, so I am assuming the directive stands.
Has anyone seen the trading system on Popular Mechanics on questions of the future? They should put in the question of "will martial law be declared before our little shrub leaves office?"
