...but as far as your subjective comments go, many here who have watched him for years and years and years will disagree to some extent. There have been many times when he is poorly informed -- no excuse for that! There are too many times when he wants to hear his own voice more than the comments of those he's questioning. There are times when he is naive and romantic about thugs and cheats.
Cut him some slack? Many of us are still viewing him even with his faults -- and *that* is slack.
