I would suggest you get your head out of the sand and you'll realize that although most of the cruder aspects are not there, women still have a long way to go before equality.I don't have the stats at hand but I read not too long ago about the huge gap still existing between men and women in the workplace particularly at senior levels.And that's not because of a lack of qualified candidates.I have female family members who are clearly kept in "second place" all other things being equal.The difference nowadays is that it's more subtle.By criticizing Hillary for stating the obvious you're not helping the cause.Just because women have fought for generations "to be percieved as equals" does'nt mean they've the war,there are still a lot of victims out there.And by the way I'm definitely not a Hillary Clinton fan!
