T'was the fifth of November and NEW history was made [View All]

Keith Olberman made NEW history with a special comment that even Bubble Boy * * will hear about, somehow.
It will reach him and he will get even more scared, as is just and necessary.

Keith's tirade is one we will remember years from now. I have a hunch it will bring some direct results, and not just in the fact that he now might need to employ body guards and food tasters. His courageous stands have brought him acclaim and big money, his new contract means he can afford them.
His singularly courageous comments have brought MSNBC legions of new viewers and have unseated or de-stabilized other TV programs in the same timeslot. A good start.

Keith is one large vocal component to help that our side is rising; he has a bull horn and is not afraid to use it on the 5th of November.
REMEMBER - remember.

Your lack of allegiance to the will of the people is going to cost you our vote and our good will and will taint your record. It's time to REMEMBER and honor those who put you in office, who are paying your salary, and whom you pledged to serve as their representatives.
Self service does not endure, and using Keith's words, will bite you in the ass.

We have many heroes who are not afraid and who are able to be clear and vocal about the disasters that have befallen our country and have so massively affected the world at large. They keep shining the light on the details of new and old ways in which we are dishonored and disregarded by our government.

I want to summon gratitude tonight, for all of them.
It is the night of Guy Fawkes, of V, and of Keith Olberman.
And we need to carry Keith on our shoulders because he speaks for us as we still hope for positive consequences resulting directly from his courage.
