At the moment, it�s difficult to envision such a lopsided defeat for Clinton partly because of a key difference between her campaign and Howard Dean�s. Dean, even while he was the frontrunner, was the second choice candidate for hardly anybody. Clinton, on the other hand, is the second choice for many in Iowa and New Hampshire.
