Note "the establishment of training, written materials, information, analytical assistance and professional resources to aid in combating violent radicalization and homegrown terrorism". Are there going to be classes in the basics of waterboarding? Or how to infiltrate, blackmail, discredit, and even murder the leaders of "radical" labor movements? Why not, that's what we were teaching (still teach) at School of the Americas.
