would be so fucking dumb. If Hillary's team is so cut-throat...you'd have to say by inference they are smart.
CNN has done a show on that shit for god sake. It has been disproven numerous times. I think he may have meant to say of Muslim heritage. That would be true but a swipe none the less and still fucking stoopid.
I really think it means that Kerrey is ignorant cuz if Hill's team is as cut throat as you say they wouldn't be that dumb.
