30. I believe, we have a right to know the truth beyond the "perception
If Obama wins the nom,we will have to defend the following .... Please provide LINKS to prove this wrong!
Honest to God,I want to feel good about him! However, we have done long enough without any checks and balances!

We have absolutely no evidence Obama would have voted, let alone vote NO to WAR with Iraq!
When he actually did have a chance, to vote NO to WAR--
Obama and another candidate (McCain) played it politically safe--
and didn't show up!

"Those who regret their vote five years ago to authorize military action in Iraq should think hard before supporting this approach. Because, in my view, it has the same potential to do harm where many are seeking to do good.

“At best, it’s a deliberate attempt to divert attention from a failed diplomatic policy,” said Webb. “At worst, it could be read as a backdoor method of gaining Congressional validation for military action, without one hearing and without serious debate.” Watch it:

I'm not defending Senator Clinton!
Hillary voted yes to Kyl/Lieberman!
Obama blew his chance to vote NO to WAR-- Debate- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=npzN3dZR6JM
Wake Up!

I'm worried he'll be another pushover for the Republican party, drug and insurance companies.
I found he may not be the way he portrays himself...
"The apparent contradiction between Sen Obama's political calculation to join the Wal-Mart-bashing lobby, and his wife's profitable role with a company that makes money from Wal-Mart"
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2007/05/13/wobama13.xml

"This story is a big eye opener about Obama's philosophical commitment to healthcare.
His wife is earning $300,000 from a hospital administration job that essentially amounts to PR work--
--"Chicago University Hospital Regularly turns away patients with no health insurance and made numerous patient dumping settlements.
"Community Outreach" director/VP was to get unpaid volunteers to go through the Emergency ward to "refer" unisured and non emergency patients to other clinics.
Her role at the UCH seems to be a polite way to have folks removed from the waiting rooms."
"She provides a happy friendly famous face for denial of care and showing the indigent the door."

"in response to a newspaper investigation, he said he was unaware that his broker had bought $50,000 worth of stock in two speculative companies whose leading investors included some of his biggest political donors."
He has also apologised for his "boneheaded error" in striking a property deal with Tony Rezko, a Chicago Democrat operative facing a federal indictment."
Please check the facts and provide any link, where Obama actually says he is, a Progressive candidate?

'We need more media exposure-- to show how Edwards differs specifically, from Obama.'

"Edwards is committed to going to bat for everyday Americans and to changing a broken political system that leaves millions of Americans without a voice in their government."
"He will fight to restore the freedom of workers to form unions and raise their standard of living through collective bargaining."

"He 's laid out a plan that will lead to universal health care for every single American."
"He'll work to halt global warming and secure the health and safety of generations to come."
"He'll challenge trade policies that export jobs."
"John Edwards will restore the principle of one America with opportunity for all, instead of one America for wealthy elites and another for the rest of us."
