Maybe the delegates can be seated if certain super delegates were denied seating. Such as the ones that supported moving the primary against DNC rules. Rules that DNC committee members from Florida voted on.
Give that option to Florida delegates to vote on it. Not the super delegates but just the ones that were voted to be delegates voting by secret ballot.
