10. Wouldn't suprise me one bit
I used to live in MN's old 2nd Congressional District, which covered the SW corner of Minnesota, which is right next to South Dakota. Demographically, both places are very, very similar. It was one of the least-densely populated CDs in the country. The largest town in the district only had 9,000 people in it.

Back when I lived there, we had a rather large LaRouche contingent living in the district, and they were a very vocal and hostile minority at our conventions.

It seems the LaRouche nutjobs congregate in remote rural areas-- probably easier to put tinfoil around your house and not have the neighbors complain, I'd guess.
